Under 15 Boys Football

Well done to our two U15 teams who both won their county semi-finals on Friday evening in Convoy.

Our Division 3 team played some excellent football to get the better of Downings on a scoreline of 4.10 to 0.5 points .

After that our Division 1 team had a tougher affair with their opponents Gaoth Dobhar pushing them all the way. However the lads dug deep to run our 4.15 to 5.7 winners. A huge night for the club with both teams now looking forward to two county finals in the coming weeks.

Well done to all the lads and management.

Primary School League

Well done to all the boys and girls that took part in our finals day of our Primary School League. We had over 170 children taking part in the league over the last four weeks. A huge thanks goes to all of our five Primary schools for encouraging everyone to participate in the local league and try out gaelic football. The competitions Cups and Shields are named in memory of club stalwart Michael Cooney. We thank the Cooney family for their continued support of the competition and for their generous treats for all children who took part.
